Either the FPV GT-P (290kw or approx. 390HP)
or the Holden Equivilant because they have power, handling and are practicle.
What's your reasoning behind this decision?

I'd go either for the Citroen DS or the Cisitalia 202 Both for being so far ahead of their times

The McLaren F1, closely followed by the Bugatti Veyron and Zonda F - simply because they are the most focussed cars of all time: no budget constraints; no marketing crap; and not a care as to how it will sell.

Of the cars that I have driven it would go...

    F430
612 Scaglietti (you would not believe the way it handles)
Lotus Elise S2/Caterham 7 R300 in joint third

I have driven a Superlight R500 Evo but they are just too manic, if you come 'on cam' in third gear it will spin the wheels. Nuts.

Fine, if you guys wanted a serious answer.. probably the new M5. It's fast, luxurious, safe. Nothing too crazy to drive, especially considering it's an automatic. Maybe even an SLR too.

Now of course you meant M6, right? I'll give you some time to edit your post and correct that horrible mistake.

    Why the M6?

I know it's lighter, subtracts two doors, and is more 'true' to the sportscar heritage, but the M5 is more my style I think.

M6 is way cooler for me (it's the coolest car you can see on polish roads, apart from XKR). M5 looks like an everyday car.

Good point. It's just too raunchy for my tastes though. The M5 is a nice comfortable 5-series, with one hell of an engine under the bonnet. I actually saw my first one in the flesh/driving around (seen them in BMW dealerships) and noticed that it was an M5 pretty quickly. It's presence is pretty impressive.

Perfect car for me? Any big, square barge that is about 20 yrs old. Like a Volvo 240 Gl. Big, square, expensive to fix, expensive to run and horrible to drive. What more could I want. Or some big American car that drives like a boat on wheels. Wallowing from side to side. Perfecto! Preferably some big luxo barge with a terribly notchy manual 'box and rear drive of course.
