Voted that I hate both equally... tru.dat.
I would say that its George Bush's fault but I think its more of the USA's in general, this was would have been literaly inpossible had we not gave them the planes, bombs, and other amunitions needed lol.
I say we just cut Isreal off. This is THEIR shit not ours.. and becides thats, its a religious war, which is the most bull shit thing in the world. We should back out and let them kill eachother, then once palestine takes over maybe we can have a little more peace.

    Another religion, another war.

IMO, every single major problem that this World is facing is thanks to Israel and US support. Oil prices? Wars? Terrorism? Blame Al-qaeda, blame the muslims... But we all know who started everything.

I don't really favor anyone in this poll. I simply hate the subject and I'm a bit sick of it.

USA- damned if we do, damned if we don't.

    We're used to that sentiment.

    I know and I'm sorry.

However, we all know which Americans are to be blamed in this subject and which not... I guarantee it's not all of them at all. I got many Americans friends that blame the support as well.

That concludes my posts in this thread. I rather stay at a neutral position forum-wise.

Contrary to the popular belief in this thread, this battle is actually about land and hostages/prisoners.

Although they often use religion as a Casus Belli.

I saw a comedy quote from some right wing/ boarderline facist American commentator the other day claiming something along the lines of; 'all terrorists are muslims'.

Must have confused the IRA a bit...

There are many more in the world that have nothing to do with the US, so you can stop feeling so down about it.
    Thanks for all the fish

Thus the 'damned if we do stick our head in, and damned if we don't'.

You're just covering the damned if we do side of it.

Exactly, if we do, people will get pissed off that we did, if we don't they will go "Well how come you didn't do anything?" That's true for alot of situations in life though.

Well, whilst I guess it must be pretty galling for Americans to expect everyone to come along and "fix" their problems, it doesn't happen to other countries.

You don't get people expecting, say Italy or Norway, to come to the rescue for instance.

I suspect that it is largely because the USA's policies are very hypocritical/ double standard-ish.

They leap into the fray to "help" the people in one country, then do nothing when facing the same problem in another.

If America wants to wave the flag of "world Police" they can't just do it part-time; it is either all, nothing, or people whinging about double standards...

So long as it's only whinging that the USA suffers, and not bombing, I'm sure that America is strong enough and brave enough to survive without the need to go off in the corner for a little cry.
    Thanks for all the fish
