So what?

We almost had a BMW 320i or 523i or Renault Espace 2.2dCi back in '99 instead of the A6 1.8T actually. And we are looking at Megane 5dr hatchs and Megane CC's to replace the Mazda too. We also looked at new Espace V6's and 530d's the other year, then bought the A6 2.4 because the Bee-Em was horrible.

Despite the horrible statistics, I don't actually know why we didn't get the current Espace, I don't think we were all to impressed with it. I DO know we didn't get the '99 Espace, Dad didn't particularly like it and he really wanted the Audi because he'd always wanted one.

For something to use as a modified street car, it'd have to be the GT40. Suprisingly high ground clearance, and looks like that. Perfect. But for the track, it'd have to be a 917/K. So fast, beautiful in a mechnaical sort of way, and above all the craziest race car ever built.
