Actually I was going to suggest a Bonne pic be added to the top banner rotation on the forums... I think it'd fit right in with that Spyker.

Is it possible once a dead thread has been bumped for no reason by a "new person" to send the thread back to where it was? By deleting the post or something?

It happens alot and it just gets more irritating when this guy in the Aussie forums creates an account called "Spell Check" in order to correct someone's spelling in a post from last February!! It's beyond stupidity.

    Seeing things I should'nt be

I joined UCP in February in quest of pics for My Bugatti project
    What a pleasure!
Firstly having Wouter as a photographer is bonus numero uno! And Pieter is a star as well. Spent half of Monday providing me with invaluable info on PM.
Subsequently after visiting probably more than ten thousand other websites
in my quest I returned to UCP to share what I think is quite a useful tool for
any Bugatti enthusiast. Why UCP? Out of all the thousands visited yours impressed me most!
That was last week and I've had 6 dressing downs susequently for either posting in the wrong thread or creating multiple threads.
Surely there is a more user friendly interface available for Newbies.
Trust me, I don't read all the fine print on a frozen fish packet before I put it in the Micro. Read the 3 min. @ max and in she goes!
Maybe "user friendly" is the topic you should be pursuing.

P.S. Would'nt you guys rather crap one another out in PM!

I have been watching and, yes, I think people have been rather hard on you. I'm not sure why. Some of what has been said has just been suggestions, too. When your posts in the hide-out didn't belong there, I don't think any of the comments made towards you were hostile or humiliating in any way. They were just information. Also, keep in mind that the average age of the users on this site is 16-18 years old. So, there needs to be some tolerance for immature stupidity.

I hope you get used to our way of life here and find your place. Your enthusiasm is welcome and appreciated. Keep up with the contributions and knowledge and don't let a few get you down. You will find the art of ignoring very valuable.

I take offense to that. In all fairness, we're not all a bunch of morons.

In general terms you may be correct, however I find it sometimes surprising (and annoying) how vocal the small percentage of morons sometimes seems to be.
