They are building it, expect it to be by 2009.

    "
Today, the small-block, displacing the classical 327 cubic inches, has been electronically governed, cutting the fun off at 45mph. While we can only imagine how fast it might be, given its head, we can report how good it sounds: dual silencers of dubious legality emit an awesome bellow in repeated, all-too-brief runs up to our computer-enforced speed limit as we thread our way around the test course"

Strange... I wonder how many of these concepts GM built, I saw another video test done by camaroz28.com, they went well over 45mph, and its an LS2 (6.0L) for that car...

Supposedly, its coming in 2008 with a toned down interior and smaller wheels. I like the looks, myself. I first thought it looked a little "thug", I just don't like those gunslit windows that seem to be in style. They kind of remind me of those old 30's-40's coupes that have been chopped, like something a hood would drive. But, more pics, better thoughts. I think its great, you can't let Ford have all the fun with the Mustang and the old F body GM cars still have great names and market appeal to be out of use. Plus, the Challenger is coming in 08, too.

I j ust got confused by the last page where it says "I dont know what Lutz was thinking.........................GM need this."
So...It WILL be built, GM need it...but they dont know what goes through Lutz's head?

    Makes no sense.

Anyway, I rather like the shape of the car...being modern and original as it is.

This car was destined for production the minute everyone crowded it at the Detroit Auto Show.
