    IIRC the pull is always doen in 4th gear.. thats the gear with ratio 1:1.. in most gearboxes...
    No most of the american cars atleast dyno in 3rd and the really high hp cars dyno in 4th so they dont spin.

    You dyno in whichever gear is closest to a 1:1 ratio. The less correcting you have to do the better.
