Why stop there? Let's gold-plate my house, my clothes, heck, let's gold-plate my family! Gold-plate me! No, first replace my skin with the most expensive silk money can buy, then gold-plate me! In fact, replace my internal-orghans with 100% platinum ones! Encrust my skeleton with diamonds! Better replace my skeleton with a solid-platinum unit while we're at it. Don't forget to replace the marrow with champagne! Replace the blood in my veins with the most expensive red wine money can buy! And oh, replace my colon in particular with some Boss perfume, that way even when I fart people will know I'm disgustingly rich!
EDIT: Let's not forget to gold-plate all my solid-gold items.

I don't have any pictures but yeah, I agree. The rims from the front view look fake as well and, although it can happen i suppose, i think the rims are different on both sides.
