    I can't find anything else about it....

    Here is the thread I was reading:

    He posted that same picture on page 12 - I believe the car had just been taken to get more work done on it somewhere else. Nobody has mentioned anything about it being stolen, which of course is good

    Hey Egg Nog, you know how you told me it costs a lot. Would you happen to know if it would have just been cheaper to buy a car stock to get hte performance they want?

    Well, you're looking at a pretty tricky situation. Keep in mind that these cars are extremely rare where he's building one, so finding one in decent shape isn't going to be cheap or easy.

    Also keep in mind the fact that he did try to buy one as close to stock as possible (advertised with no rust, low original milage, etc) and it still turned out like this.

    So what it really boils down to is a matter of which car, your location, cost, and availability.

    This guy got the 240Z in november 2004...
    And now.. almost 2 years later, he is half way through...
