    I'll tell you this much, it would be hell in traffic. Specially for those behind the turbine!

    Road legal, it's not! If some crashes into it from the back, there would be serios consecuences for both cars.

    It is road legal....he just can't use the jet engine for normal travel. He can choose when he turns it on, but otherwise he can run off the normal gasoline engine, hence why it IS road legal.
