If Porsche wants to make suvs/trucks/sedans so badly, then maybe they could create a new badge and brand name.

If BMW would just tack a Rolls-Royce badge on the X5, they'd make a mint.
Completely agreed. SUV just sell like hot-cakes. Lambo and Maser aare all planning suvs, and they WILL arrive in next 2 yrs.

    Who's next ?
    Jaguar?
    Aston-Martin?
    Ferrari?
    Saleen?

AFAIK the bulge in the back could be there to disguise what the real style will be. why the blacked out rear windows otherwise?

i would still hit it.. room in the back for some fun!

who in the hell wants a porshe sedan, i certainly dont
and with such a face, i dont think anybody will,

    what engine does it have?
it would be better if they made a wagon version
    it would compliment the look

That car is wearing a ridiculous amount of camo/body cladding.

Uh oh, a Ferrari 430 in camo. I bet it'll be the ugliest car evAr!!!

Looks out of proportion, like a Porsche limousine. I'm sure it'll look better when complete though.

the overall shape and proportion feels ackward
not gonna say its ugly just yet, but so far so bad

perhaps this is why the 911 is never changed that much from model to model... they just can't think of any better ideas

but i must say, i quite like the Cayman, and the CGT looks amazing

Oh my oh my. I hope that Porsche is just messing with all of us or something. When I first saw the pic I will show you, I was like: this will be one of the most beautiful sedans ever (Like a CL55 AMG or E55 AMG). Damn concept images... Maybe Porsche is just making a ruse for all of us (damn it, they aren't - but i can dream!). That mule does not look too nice. But it may still be sweet. But these pics... they are undeniably gorgeous... They were on an old revision of the Porsche Panamera page on Wikipedia that I had to dig up to show you guys. The red one is from something else. I Pray to Ferdinand Porsche that they make it look like these pictures somehow...and they put the Cayenne's turbo S' twin-turbo V8 with 520 hp in it. And maybe in a top class model, a detuned Carrera GT engine. That would own. Unless the car looks like shit. That would be an insult to all Porsche entusiasts, fans, owners, and drivers. I, for one, will not be pleased.

Poop. I know. But they are gorgeous! And how the hell do people make such amazing CG versions of cars before they come out? That CG sketch of the Panamera is ****ing amazing. Way better than that mule thingy. Unless it somehow looks really sick. But that seems slim to none now. How I weep for the eggregious error on Porsche's part.

The pricing is in the $125,000-175k range.
It has to be better than the $155k DB9 both in terms of looks and power output. Not to mention the Merc SLs.
