Ferrari Enzo vs. Pagani Zonda F Roadster

Asking me to display specs is rather stupid but I'll do it anyways.

    Enzo:

    650hp V12
    485 lb's/ft of torque
    0-60 in 3.3
    218mph

    650hp V12
    576 lb's/ft of torque
    0-60 in 3.5
    214mph

Zonda. For a start it doesn't have a Ferrari badge, so atleast you'll have some respect from everyone instead of just gold diggers Secondly, the Enzo looks like Ferrari's stalemate design of grace and agressiveness ... unfortunatley they don't go hand-in-hand and the product is disappointing. The Zonda didn't piss about and went for full brutal looks. It's a genuine supercar with a soundtrack that makes the Enzo's sound plain and overused.

I would never want a Zonda Roadster. So it has to be the Enzo.

The Pagani Zonda F for me. This summer I payed a visit to the Pagani headquarters and saw 2 F Roadster's and 1 F coupe. They made an astoundering impression on me, it's just such an amazingly beautiful machine. Everything of the Zonda F is just superb, the exterior, the interior, the engine, it's the most exotic car on the planet. Over the top for some perhaps, but just right for me.

I saw an Enzo on saterday on the streets, it's also fantastic, but it's just less beautiful than the F. And being a roadster also gives an extra dimension to a supercar.

I love them both....Both look great, both handle great, both sound great....both are everything, great.

However, despite the Enzo's super-exotic looks, the Pagani is just STUNNING for me. I see the Zonda, and I see an agressive elegance, with a presence of POWER. The Enzo has aggression, and the presence of power (those exotic looks....so purpose-derived!), but the element of agressive elegance is just sheerly captivating.

Honestly, how can you dislike Ferrari? You can be dissapointed by the past few models-612 comes to mind-but I can't argue with the performance. I don't the name and the performance without the looks justify the price-tag, but most people buy Ferraris to say look me, not to have a proper performance car. I think the Ferrari is too much about moeny and not about the cars, and that pains me-they have so much potential and yet I end having to look at a 612 at the pool when I go to Florida and not something that rivals a 456 or 575. The only late model Ferrari that interests me ins the F430, but it isn't as striking as a 355 was the first time I saw one. Simply put, Ferrari has had a pathetic past few years-but as far as the topic goes Ferrari wins, very slightly, on the grounds that it has a proper roof.
