    both bikes have almost similar specs...

    Not really, the Duc is considerably more powerful and probably lighter, and is much more focused than the BMW

    In that one is sort of practical and fun, and the other is hihgly impractical but a blast? If I can have only one I'm going with the bimmer, sometimes you have to compromise.

    I love Duc's. IF I had the balls and the money I'd ride one. They sound is like a piece of WWII machinery, it's sooooooooooooooo good, that deep thrumming sound of the sexiest twin ever. In fact, my opinion is that all of those damn choppers etc. should have Ducati motors. Cause they rule. They are teh ownz0rz. Hot damn...someone needs to make a DnB track with a Ducati motor.

    In my opinion, The BMW K1200S is an extremely beautiful bike with enough power so you would probably actually enjoy riding it.
    IMO, The Ducati lacks the physical beauty and style which the BMW K1200S
    has. The Ducati still looks like a great bike though.

    it's got nothing on the mini, that thing has no brakes and no gearbox
