What's the point of going if you don't get in on the local culture?

And you're right. The Sultan has to take his cars places. God knows he can afford it.

    Bulls**t.
Many cars from the Sultan's collection were sold out of the country to pay for multi million debts. To name a few of the more unique ones that floated around lately: the yellow McLaren F1 recently sold in US, the RHD F50 sold in UK and RHD F40 for sale right now at Duncan Hamilton, also the Dauer 962LM and Bugatti EB 110 SS available in Germany.

it looks like a cross between a Koenigsegg CC8 and a SSC Aero 8

Some of these cars may have come from Brunei, but I don't believe they were part of the Royal Collection.

For instance the yellow McLaren wasn't part of the materlist, nor was Sultan mentioned in the auction catalogue from which it recently sold.

Also, the country is very wealthy, and very far from liquidation.

A list could never be wrong?

Well it wouldn't be if the auction house signed a confidentiality agreement, keeping the seller's identity a secret.

A country can't go into liquidation!

Jefri (and Henry, perhaps?) did spend an awful lot of money on stuff he shouldn't have, they are trying to recoup some of that "wasted" money.
    Thanks for all the fish

I don't believe the Yellow McLaren is a royal car, it was never photographed in the garages and there is no definitive proof to suggest otherwise. Pelton would know better than us, and since you are so insistant, I will e-mail him.

Statistically incorrect, however the vast majority of your posts in this thread are drama.

Even if it wasn't the Sultan himself, or this previously unheard of brother "Henry", it isn't in the realms of science fiction to think that someone may have borrowed it.
Ah, true, true. But the Brunei family just isn't one I'd expect to do such a thing since, as said, hardly any of his cars leave the country.

Speaking of him, I heard on VH1 last night, he once bought somewhere between 10-20 Rolls Royce Arnages in white for $10 million.
