Cedric - I sound like a chipmunk on there. Some friends of mine were like, "were you going through puberty?" I was like, no I was already 20, I just sound like a girl.

Hey, I'm nearing the end of production for the TVR display stand. Attatched are the CadCam 3d Designs I made, and a pre-sketch practise scale model. Will post final product when its finished.

Looks great, but what's the function of the second story? Will there be more cars up there or is it a seating area? If it is a seating area, create some barriers so that VIPs can get in (BMW does it with a keycard which you swipe and it opens the door at the Melbourne motorshow) and possibly put in a bar, comfortable seating etc.
Just a suggestion, looks great otherwise.

thanks yeah its technically a 'lounge area'. Inspired by what Ford had setup at the british motorshow, like a place to get free drinks and talk about different models, sales opportunities etc. But a VIP area would make sense. 2 ropes at the bottom of the stairs would do the trick i think. I'll see what I can do

finished! the project was very long-winded considering I have full time Art and Media projects running at the same time. But I've attatched some images of the 3D model just to show everyone (who is interested). In comparison to the Cad-CAM 3d designs its quite similar:

2D designs. I made a handout/booklet to hold leaflets given out at the stall. Aswell as 4 posters designed to inform visitors of each car where it stands. With info etc:

It looks good, but could I have a closer look at the poster with the T440R?
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

*whistles* That is awesome, certainly kicks the shit out of my pathetic attempt at a Media project!

Nicely done, Rik. If you don't get an A, there's something wrong with the world. Try Vitesse for some 1/43 models to put on the stand...

    Sexy. Nice effort.
Offer it to TVR as an idea. You never know.
I did that for a small business around my area. I had to design a new corporate image for them. My teachers said it looked great, I offered it to the company for a laugh. Now I see their vans drive around with my logo on the side.

yes, they are your photos from ucp and yes, there is a watermark. I've also put the site on the bibliography

They were the only photos of the car i could find that had front side and rear angles.

thanks for the positive feedback guys I hope I get an A but paperwork is a big (too big) chunk of the mark. Fingers crossed.
