    NorCal EuroSunday 10/22 8-10:30am

    Quick note about EuroSunday located at 501 Pavillion Lane Sacramento, CA 95825 this Sunday. Here are some pics from last month's event; http://rides.webshots.com/album/554343437rsmXTP

    This informal event is $0 and will run from 8:00am to 10:30am. Yes...we are expecting another large turnout with quite a diversity despite the Laguna Seca weekend events. Word is getting around and I am receiving phones calls and emails verifying the existence of this event with promises to attend. We average about 80 cars per event.

    We will have a breakfast meet/drive headed up by Mike Ritenour [email protected] Mike will be having everyone meet @ 6:00am in Folsom (very central for Elk Grove, Roseville, El Dorado Hills folks)...have some breakfast and caravan together to EuroSunday by 8:00am being led by Mike's 911 RS Carrera Tribute. Please contact Mike for location, more info, and an RSVP.

    Leaving after EuroSunday is over and cruising for a lunch run is Adam Cook [email protected] There will be two groups leaving EuroSunday for lunch @ Applebee's in Cameron Park. One will be the spirited group led by Adam's M3 - expect twists and turns on a very round about way to arrive in Cameron Park for lunch. The second group will be the direct route to Cameron Park via Hwy 50...led by Larry's BMW 840ci keeping speed reasonable. Our arrivals are going to be at Applebee's 3281 Coach Lane in Cameron Park (530) 677-8677. Please email Adam for more info and your RSVP.

    As always...EuroSunday is all euro cars and bikes! All makes, models, and years are invited and welcome. We have consistently had an incredible display of vehicles and hope this event becomes a staple for the Sacramento area. Please join us for coffee (Starbucks is located @ Pavillions) and perusal of some fine euro vehicles and pass this around!

    PM or call me via cell (916) 835-3067 for any additional questions.

    Nope not spam...just a member stalking the board for a few months and finally posting. Courtesy notice. No money being made (except Starbucks) and quite frankly don't believe this posting will get folks to an event they would actually enjoy. This has been a private emailing event that has been extended to the boards because of the showings of cars we have had.

    California? Then that isn't really a good time to host an event, since most people, including me, would be at Laguna Seca this weekend for ALMS.

    Looks like a cool event, some nice cars in that gallery, though this one wins for me! http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2110...34041754pCxRrG

    Laguna Seca will pull from this here in California, but we are still expecting a large turnout. Last month the Pantera club was testing the water with two cars, and have now invited the local chapter club for this month's event.

    Here are pics from the last two events by Mark Gold (click at the top for different pages); http://web.mac.com/mgold/iWeb/Cars/Euro_Sunday3.html

    Awesome low-key event for euro enthusiasts. No vendors, no sales, no donations, no expectations....espresso and fine euro vehicles only

    Recap / Pics

    I knew it was going to be a car eye candy day when the breakfast run / caravan was slowing traffic down traffic for second and third looks with a bright yellow Carrera leading a diverse group such as an 840ci, Abarth, Testarossa, Pantera, and even a 914 with a french driver and Alpine 500 decals!

    Check out Mark Golds pics;

    Next EuroSunday will be 11/26 (Always the 4th Sunday of each month) from 8-10:30am. There will be another breakfast run and most likely an afternoon run also (the spirited group runs this one) We will be moving to the side lot because we simply have gotten too big. More details to follow in the next few weeks.
