    the corvette is a better car by miles but the viper has presence
    chop the top and its a deal, viper all the way
    corvettes look to plain

    About this thread and any similar thread... you can't compare two cars this similar in performance without having ever driven either. The press says the Z06 is a better daily driver, faster car, and gets better mileage, but it comes down to preference and its a decision you can't really make without driving both thoroughly. This forum is for discussion, not a simple I like this car because... rehash of facts we've already read.

    It really isnt a which car is better issue, its what does the driver prefer as almost all comparisons are today.

    Chevys; good trucks,nothin else mate. Stick with the viper, it will do ya good in the long run. Thats how it is bloques.

    We are talking about the base models here... at least I think we were, but if we move to the possibilities of other models, the Viper Venom would rip any Corvette (Not counting C6.Rs)
