IMO, That body cue is getting used too much throughout Nissans car lineup. They have that on the 350Z, soon to be out R35 and now this. I'm not hating this look, but it is getting over done

Having a V-6 Altima coupe with RWD gets redundant with the 350Z though right?

It's probably heavier than the Silvia anyway.

There are too many awkward details in the design of this car...

Th front grille for example... what is that chrome stuff?
The rear lights are a bit strange too and the over all look of the front looks like a standard altima. Which is not a bad thing for a sedan, but for a coupe is a little bland.
The wheels are also too tiny, looks like the same ones from the altima... But its a coupe, it should be a bit more ambitious in wheel size.

The engine, however, has great potential and if Nissan makes a more sporty version ( think SE-R) it might be able to impress a bit.

The weight however will put this car in Toyota Solara territory rather than 350Z. An affordable Mid-life crisis car.

Why doesn't Nissan offer this in Europe?
Lack of charisma can be fatal.

It's Nissan's design basis now. The new Altimas, the Maximas, and the Quest all follow that basic design.
