F1 vs CBR 1000 RR vs Race Boat

Just found this video on you tube. A F1 car vs a production honda vs a honda drag boat. Awesome to see the F1 car above 100 mph, where it can actually get traction.

But IMO, that bike does damn well. Considering you can buy it off the shelf.

i agree that it did well, but i'm quite sure that that's a honda-tuned, moto gp racing bike, with quite a few mods. not sure you could buy it off the shelf

Yeah I see your point. Not quite up with my bikes.

    bad titling.
The bike is Michael Rutters Honda CBR1000.
This is a modified production bike - and the mods are limited - and if it's running in proper race trim it has an inlet restrictor limiting the power.

It would have been interesting with a real MotoGP ... much lighter with a MotoGp rider in place of Rutter it would be another 2-3 stones lighter again

That's pretty cool. Also, drag in the water is much more than air, so even if it has all the power in the world, it wouldn't be a very good competitor unless it lifted itself out of it.
