So I went to visit the legendary Liger...

Yes, I'm talking about this guy:

The animal is HUGE. 950lbs... There was a 450lbs Bengal Tiger right next to him that looked like a puppy. I took some pics and I have short video but I'm having problems uploading it to my pc.

He lives in Miami at the Parrot Jungle Park.

That thing is so cool. No gene to limit growth, so it will continue to get even bigger. I am sure it's even more impressive in person

Wow, that's cool. It's supposed to be sterile though right? What a shame, I could imagine this thing as a new species roaming the jungles.

But tigers in the jungle. So where would it live? Oh, right - in zoos.
I'm going to eat breakfast. And then I'm going to change the world.

precisely my point, I am so very glad that someone understood that. It wouln't be practical in the wild even it were possible. It's tremendous size, and therefore appetite would mean it's demise.

hmm.. when I read the title I was thinking about race cars.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

That is such a cool animal, how tall is his handler? Say he's 6 feet tall, look at the Liger, nearly twice as tall on his hind legs!!!!!!!!!

If the Earth was still wild it might do OK. But I don't think thre's room left on the planet for it to roam. Definately an apex predetor though.
