i expected such a response. You wont need the sound system as the engine will be enough to keep you entertained.

I know! Seems pointless. If I wanted a sound system, it definitely wouldn't be Pioneer. Bose, Harmon Kardon, Sony or nothing.

Just look at that dyno reading... and that's on regular American gas. Just think what Shell V-Max will do

i was under the impression such fuels (v-max, optimax, exceelium rtc) only really benefited engines with knock sensors, which make use of a higher octane. Can someone please clarify how this fuel would create more power? has it got a higher calorific value (Mj/kg).

Higher octane lets you run more aggressive timing, which can make more power.

i understand that, but aggressive timing cant always be varied on the fly (an engine that adapts, such as FSI) however if you put regular petrol into an engine with this aggressive timing it will pre-combust (knock,pink..). Thus in this case how can the stang' engine use both regular and fuel without pre-combustion and take advantage of the higher octane rating of better fuels! with a single engine setup? - Or is he going to play with his valve/ignition timing himself?

Once it comes over here, I'll get the timing sorted to like the taste of 95 octane, and run slightly more efficiently on 98 octane.

I'm lost here. It'll be my car for a start, because I'll just sell a kidney to buy it, and I will also get someone else to change the timing. Why keep a dog and bark yourself?

Hmm. random offering is bad. I hope you never browse escort service pages. Your parents may approve even less of that one :P And if you decline payment, you may end up with no kneecaps.

I genuinely laughed at that one, thanks very much

No, I'm sure this'll be just fine. What's the worst that could happen?
