Sorry if I cannot express myself correctly, but I don't know English as good as I want, so my answers will probably be the same in many cases.

Thanks for posting these. It's hard to find pictures of these cars after their less than stellar racing career.

Did you see the backflip it did in the Le Mans race?

Yeah, its racing career was short.

Nice pictures man. Did you take them by any chance?

I still remember that backflip to this day. What a ride that had to have been.

As do i, i remember thinking "how the hell did that happen?!?" and how lucky the Webster was to have it land that way up rather than upside down... It's strange that i remember it so vividly, i was 7 i think... Ah well, CLK GTR > this...

CLK-GTR was my favorite car to drive in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit

Aside from that, I'd imagine any of its predecessors to also be masterpieces of German engineering.

Well the CLK GTR doesn't have any direct predecessor, altough I guess you could technically count the 300 SL and C-111 research cars as predecessors.

By the way, you know this is thread for the CLR, don't you?

Yup, he landed backwards, wheels up in an open patch in that forest next o the track. It could've been one hell of a bad day if any of those factors were the other way around. I was stoked when the heli cam shot showed his door pop open from the inside.
