    e-braking

Is e-braking bad for your car? I mean, does it really tears up your brakes? If i was to go into a turn at 45+ mph and pulled on the e-brake will i tear my car completely?

Don't do it if you have appreciation for your car. If it's a race car, go ahead and see what happens.

And why not? The e-brake on most cars is just strong enough to hold the car still at park. Am I missing something? I know people who have forgotten to take the e-brake off and driven around with it without noticing.

Edit: Obviously driving around with the e-brake on or using it at high speed is a bad idea. But doing it once isn't going to destroy your brakes either.

so if he rips it on while going into a corner at 45mph+ everything will be fine and dandy. it would just be like driving normally right..

Most likely. 45 isn't really all that fast and the effect of the e-brake is minimal. It really depends on how sharp the "corner" is and on how his particular car is balanced. It might be possible to unsettle the car if its particularly light, or has a powerful brake. But imo in mosts cars you really wouldn't notice the miniscule effect of the e-brake.

a rapid pull, as you go into the corner will upset your back end, and if you dont modulate the throttle and regular brakes accordingly, you will spin all thwe way around...

most likely it will just significantly shorten your turning radius, and kill your speed.

I think he should wait until a particularily snowy or icy day and pull it while traveling at a high speed.
i was waiting on a moment, but the moment never came. all the billion other moments, were just slipping all away. i must have been tripping, we're just slipping all away. just ego tripping.

Don't forget to push down on the clutch, though. Tiff Needel says so.
