there was allready a line,but it would be bettr to build a second. The line would have a enormous infrastructure and many overpasses,tunnels and what not more.

Mine was in a so-called rich district and was well-endowed with computers (Palo Alto School District, if you're familiar with the Bay Area)...but I have always heard reports of California ranking 40-somthing'th in the nation in academic performance. Kind of makes you wonder. I even borrowed an address to attend Palo Alto schools because the ones in my own hometown were notoriously bad academically and were known for racial tensions as well.

Yeah, our cross-town rivals, Gunn High School is always consistently on the nation's top 100 list, and my own was on the top 100 public schools list in CA. It sits on land leased from Stanford University, and my parking spot overlooked Stanford Stadium. Because of the close physical proximity, the school has close ties to Stanford and we sent 40-something kids to Stanford out of a graduating class of 387 in '04, and a healthy number to some other high-falootin' schools as well. So, there are definitely good schools in Cali. But by and large, that's unfortunately not the case with California public schools.
