    It is with sadness...

... that we say goodbye to the 3 series. It's been a great car, characterful and lots of fun.

In it's place, though, is something much better.

    1994 993 911, white with red interior.
Went for the first drive today, it's SO direct and so easy to speed, getting into the Disco afterwards was like sitting in a jumping castle on wheels.

It's utterly comfortable though, speedbumps are not a problem at all and there's no intrusive noise at 120kph, great for long trips or quick blasts.

Dad will be using it as a daily driver, so the comfort was a big issue and the 964 he tried before this was simply not an option because of it.

I'll let the pictures do the talking. This was just a quick shoot, hopefully will have more and better pictures soon.

Porrrrrscchheeeeee. *Is very jealous of you like no other* I love Porsche's, so much.

Which reminds me, parents had a bunch of family friends over for friday night dinner tonight, and one is the owner of a ~1986 Porsche Carrera 911. He says if anything happens to him, I get it - I think he's actually bloody serious!

I suggest slowly poisoning him using a combination of arsenic and drain cleaner.

Sick car. I envy you. I drive a Pontiac Montana. It's not quite an adrenaline pumper y'know.

I know someone who drank Drain-o. He's alive (mostly).

A great choice, the 993 is probably the coolest 911.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

Nice car. Certainly a bit different to the BMW.
    Enjoy it.
