    From what was discussed, IIRC, white text isn't ENTIRELY outlawed, but more not to be used in situations that not need it. For example, if you're posting a spoiler to a film, or a joke.. then white text is ok. As long as it seems 'appropriate', it's okay.

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

    If white text is allowed for jokes, then that needs to be in the guidelines

    We added the white text bit to have a stick to hit with when it is abused. I don't think it has been abused since we added the bit to the guidelines.

    Well, since it has been added to the gudelines it hasn't been used at all...

    What are peoples thoughts on having a POTD archive? Things to consider should be member status (sm/non-sm), availability to past photos, and other considerations. Thoughts?
