    i got bored....

I may be 22 but i've always loved lego technic. I havent done much since i was about 16 however i had to have another wee go. I have always wanted to make a seperable subframe/drivetrain and monocoque chassis replica so i had a go (undo 10 red bolts to remove). I must apologise for the poor photography, my regular camera is broken so i used this older one which i cant use so well. I hope this model shows the less knowedgable how platform sharing works and mass production might work. A lot of you will notice that many parts come from the famous 8880 set, i simply rearanged the functioning groups into a more realistic layout. I understand that many find this imature but it was just for fun and i wish i could take better pictures.
EDIT:since its based on 8880, it has 4WD and 4 speed gearbox. I reduced it to front steering and altered the suspension units.

When is the V8 engined 4-door saloon going for sale?

It might be childish but I like it...

You're making me remember my childhood right now, but imo there's no age to play with Legos. Your car is awesome.

If you're serious about making a Lego Technic car then you first build a factory to make them for you.

Of course you must make the factory using Lego Technic.

    Seriously ... THIS is awesome ..... http://www.spikedhumor.com/articles/...r_Factory.html
