you need to be able to speak english properly before you can subtitle from english
also, british humour cant be translated. Which the show is based upon.
However, if you're just after the car reviews then yeah i suppose. I havent got the time to subtitle it though.

but their English accents baffle me sometimes
Are you doing the older episodes, because those have awful speech that I can barely decipher
