If I'm not mistaken Andreas Zapatinas worked for Alfa Romeo before switching to Suabru. Apparently all his talent was lost in the transition. A bit like Chris Bangle then, who before making BMW's look like shit drew cars as beautiful as the Fiat Coupe.

You are correct there (that Andreas Zapatinas worked for Alfa before coming to Subaru). The Tribeca snout is basically a flipped and slightly widened version of the trademark Alfa Romeo snout (and it makes it much uglier).

looks alot better than the current Sti, but still prefer the EVO. The new EVO looks great imho.

Well it look like subaru have lost their minds. 3 Days out from the release of new WRX, and some pictures of what appear to be a production model car appear on the net. It is horrible. And I thought it was going to be a hard choice between EVO X and new STi. Subaru just made my decision a whole lot easier.

Oh no, someone really fat sat on a 3!

I don't mind that first pic, the headlight/grille/chrome bits work really well together. But good the rest sucks badly. I can understand the need for a proper 5dr hatch, but it's no good if it's hideous.

At least the with the new generation engines WRX and STi will be quick. Assuming it hasn't added on some pork.

Very very ugly. I guess that the value of late current gen Imprezas has just gone up...

That's not so bad. It hasn't even come out yet. Is it even official?

I don't know yet, the front seems somewhat old and reminds me of some of the Korean cars. Some parts of the back that I like, but there's something wrong with the rear bumper. I'm interested to see how long it takes before the first facelift this time.

Well, maybe Subaru knows something we don't. Oh wait a minute, they do... How to take a nice car and turn it into S**T.

Have to go along with twinspark on this. I wonder how long it will take before someone does a facelift. I give it a few months.
