    New aston martin called DBX

According to autoblog there is a new Aston Martin to be released called the DBX. Rumored to have 700 hp, 0-60 in 3.7 sec and top speed of 205 mph.

All I can think of is yummy if its true.

Man, I'm really psyched to see this new car. I'm sure in AM tradition it will be an absolute beaut. Looks like everyone these days needs a supercar...

Why is the information contradictory? It said it was 4WD and then it said it was RWD. Either way, it looks good.

It said that it was originally thought that DBX was the name for a 4WD version, but it said that DBX is now rumored to be the codename for this supercar.

And no this is NOT the DBS.

It's all very finger in the air stuff. All AM has said is that they're working on a vehicle called the DBX. Which means it could be a supercar, a small hatchback or an SUV. Anything other than the name is plain speculation.

Well I reckon it's a replacement for the Vanquish.
    A - I would've thought it about time
B - It says a new Flagship so that could be another car or a new Vanquish
C - The picture is of a VanquishS so they may be using that to drop a hint.

The DBS will probably be put into production around the end of the year. It will be revised prior to launching, because apparently the new owners have a different vision of the car.
It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Yeah, that's true. It's getting a bit long in the tooth for the Vanquish.

What's the difference, it's all alphabet soup these days anyway.

Umm, Rik... This is Aston we're talking about. Boring is just not in their dictionary.

So that's why they've been known to sell for £750k.

At the time the V8 Zagato was a massively powerful car. Think of it this way ... the power hike from the standard V8 to the Zagato would be around about the equivalent of hiking the current V8 Vantage from 380bhp to over 600bhp. The design was also very modern and quite futuristic. It was a special, exclusive car.

And no, this isn't the new Vanquish. The DBS is the Vanquish replacement, hence the final Vanquish being released just before the release of the DBS, to mark the end of the production of this series. If they do make this car, it will be something Aston hasn't actually tried yet, and will be in similar walk of life as the Bentley Hunaudieres (and probably destined to fail just as quickly, shortly after leaving the design studio).
