I don't think Ferrari's going for a top-speed record with the F60. Bugatti had enough trouble doing it with 4 turbos and 16 cylinders, plus massive changes in ducts for cooling.

I wouldn't either, but I don't think Ferrari is ready to spend billions developing a car that'll reach 260 mph or something. They're better off building a super-enzo as an F-60.

maybe someone should do a list that is sticky for every confirmed top speed. so we can have the full on most legitimate comprehensive top speed list. just everything above 180 or 190 so its not too horribly long.

umm.and what would that be.I actually think an Enzo could reach above 240mph given enough track..yet it wouldnt be difficult for Ferrari to break the record,at all.Also,beware of Porsche.

You could give it thousands of miles of track but the enzo doesn't have enough power to overcome the forces of drag/wind resistance at around 220 miles/hour. (I think that's the enzo's top speed)
