Hey buddy, you have a 6 Series in your icon.

    I agree.

And personally, I think the 6 Series is one of the best looking cars currently in production. And that's why I bought the M6.

While I admit the pre-facelifted 5 and 7 Series needed work and even still they're not for everyone, I think the 6 Series is a classic.

It's a good effort, and waaaay better than its donor body.

Actually, I'd like to see what Boyd Coddington could do with it...

Do you prefer the current E63 to the classic E24?

Beautiful car indeed, but the E24 isn't bad either.

Altough if you really want a classy BMW I'd go with the 507.

I did not want to refer to that because the current 6 is the sibling of the E9 and E24...if you want an old elegant coupe, then go for the 3200CS.

The current 6 Series, aka E63. But I certainly consider the E24 a classic.

Hey, I like those wheels. Anyway, I love this car!! It reminds me of the Italian cars of the early 1960's. I reckon it's reminiscent of a '60 Maserati, '64 Ferrari, '64 Moretti, or even the Swedish '61 Volvo P 1800.

The rear overhang is too long, if it were shorter at the back about a foot I'd think its brilliant, for now though... I only like it from angles you cant tell its weirdly proportioned.

It's a nice-looking car, I think the proportions are spot on. But the wire wheels look too big for the classic-looking body, ditto for the rubber band tires. Other than that...maybe BMW should've styled 'em like this to begin with!

The unhappy child of a MG RV8, an underbaked Mercury custom, a late-'70s Bentley and a ratty Ferrari 400.

Dreadful. Those wire wheels raise the bile and make the soul of the car smoulder.

Just dreadful. One of the worst cars I've ever seen.

Ingolstadt, your sense of irony is either a hair better than mine or much, much worse.
