At least in America our cars are roomy enough for fornication, though my very first in-car experience was when I was 18, on the trunklid of a Merc 380 SL. The next day dust had settled and the paintwork on the bootlid looked like a caveman attempt at surprisingly explicit hardcore porn, and there was no explaining it to ma and pa, but that was different somehow from what Drakkie is talking about.
