The part about teachers is going way too far. I had a homosexual teacher in Grade 1 (about 6 or 7 years old) and that didn't change anything in my mind. Come on now. This is purely unfair and not right. I have gay friends too and I respect them as much as any other, it's not because they're gay that they should be put aside, especially not for jobs. They're human too, you know.

Doesn't the issue this is focusing on depend on whether homosexuality is a choice or not? Is there a definitive answer that? Regardless, I don't see the issue. If someone's gay that's cool, if not that's cool, too. It really doesn't matter, since it doesn't concern anyone beyond that person.

Even if homosexual teachers do encourage homosexuality (I would say that that has no proof at all) in schools, who cares? There is nothing wrong with homosexuality so if it is engouraged or not does not matter.

Is it wrong to promote heteresexuality by showing kids all their lives that men and women are the only ones allowed to live with each other sexually? Yes as it does not adress the fact that some people are homosexual and it is natural and nothing is wrong with it, homosexual couples and peopel should be shown in the media and in television shows even to kids at a young age to teach them that it is alright. Hell, even if it is not natural (which some may tell you - they are liars) it is still ok.
