    Wheel Size

Ok i apologize in advance if this is already a thread but i have no idea what it would be under

So my question is do larger rims make your car faster, not in horsepower but the distance it takes to move,

im a poe student and we did a formula with the 6 simple machines, and with the larger radius of a wheel the farther it would go, so i wondered

    thank you

    Actually.....Yes.

It'll have a higher top speed, but it will take longer to get there. You'll also turn less engine RPM at a given speed.

Yes, as long as the larger wheels are not much heavier. Unsprung weight dramatically hinders performance.

I'm not sure it could really go faster. With the same wheel torque, it would have a lower thrust, not to mention the increased drag and unsprung weight which are important at high speeds.

Actually the Americans are pretty slow on the mobile phone front.
The GSM net which is most used in the world today was invented in my home town up here on the north pole in the early nineties.

And I am pretty sure that the Americans started to sms each other some months ago.
