    The human brain can work out faster sequencing with numbers than alphabets.

    By the way, I meany alphabetical order with numbering at the front. Which is painstakingly hard to maintain without using any sort of database management.

    it is not, as I explained, just put it in a spreadsheet and you can order it according to any key you want...

    But the brain is also fastest at word recognition
    ANyway, remember that the preference was for alpha sort, so today you may well be #47 but as soon as someone else is added before you then your number has changed. So the persons you told 47 ends up looking at someone elses cars tomorrow

    Dead easy with any spreadsheet or word app.

    Still only see disadvatages by adding numbers
