That probably is Unique Performance, they already own the Supersnake name, so it's only logical to think Ford commisioned them to build the Supersnake version of the GT500.

In all honesty, I would take that over the GT500KR just because that seems so much closer to Ford's history than the KR. The one I saw was very nice on the eyes as it didn't have any tacky, or overdone ends like the GT500's over-designed front (imho).
