Might need to keep those though, allthough Im sure a full rollcage and 4 point harness is safer anyway...The air-conditioning system is removed, as are the airbags

Agreed with all of that- it would only ever attract the right attention. As a car to use everyday, I'd take the M3. Would you really feel comfortable leaving an F430 CS/Scuderia/whatever or a Porker GT3 parked outside a bar or on the main street? I certainly wouldn't.
But I would need a stereo- for my equivalent of Stig's tunes as I mooched around the roads of Britain...
Chris- why air con? If you open the window you get natural breezes and to hear that straight six a little better... and as for rain... well... er... never mind, eh?
