Nooo, The Civic Rule. Basically, I think, it's all about the fact that anything can win the competition, you've got to look at the photograph in depth. Not just picking it because it's got a rare or fancy, expensive car in it. Eg. A car like a grey 90's Honda Civic could win it, if it were a decent picture, 90's Honda Civic in Grey being a boring, every day granny mobile (No offence Sam or to other Civic fans). So sometimes if a car such as a Ferrari of somesort, or an Aston, out comes the Civic joke, i.e calling the depicted vehicle a Civic when clearly it is, for example, a Koenigsegg or whatever.

Oh right! . Now i get it... Well, i still love the picture, its just a wicked picture, with great colour and generally is class. (i feel so naive with photography talk... still a n00b )
