    Chrysler to be American again.

DaimlerChrysler is completing the sales of the Chrysler division to an American financing company named Cerberus. Essentially, Daimler had to pay the group to take Chrysler off their hands. The deal included 1.2 billion financing for the group.

I'm interested to see where this goes. The group probably doesn't know a thing about cars, so Chrysler corporate will be making the decisions, I assume. Maybe a management shakeup or two.

Strange name though, it's almost sinister.

"Chrysler has been bought by Cerberus group", Director of Public Relations and black ops, Kain said in a news press conference monday. "Owning a brand will be the perfect opportunity to reveal our plans for world domination, and to commemorate, we are unveiling a new vehicle, the Chrysler Satan"

I'm not sure about the Chrysler Satan, seems like a bad marketing idea... there's a lot of religious or simply superstitious people that won't like it at all.

Feinberg is known for flying in SWAT teams to his acquisitions and tunring around their working practices.
    Will be interesting.
Mind you the size of the organisation he has just picked up for $7B is easily able to turn Cerberus a profit. It's Daimler funding it really Doubling his money is an easy step here, it's whether he sticks to tradition and actually tries to grow the business !!

Really? I thought overt world domination and iconic evil references were a great marketing plan!

And yes, Cerberus is the three-headed dog guarding the underworld in greek mythology. Don't f*** with Cerberus.

    um...this is definitely satire.

(The Chrysler Satan bit is anyway, sounds like Chrysler has actually been sold)

I thought so too, but you have to account for all the different languages people around here speak, I guess.
