The third and fourth photo is from Automotive News (August 1960) as cited by the VW+VW1500 blog (vwplusvw1500.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html).

Where is the first photo from? You should generally at least cite your sources!

thank for the information. and no, the photos are not from your /nice) site. I explain: I know very well your site and I like it so much. but, like you know, is not possible copy photos from it: the system don't accept - for my disgrace, I say...
certanly I see the photos in another site, whitout protection for copy. like I explain before I have the photos collect in the hard disk of my computer ('my' private collection) and don't have information about the sites who came from. In the begginning I don't do that and, know... is too late: they are a lot for have this job. Also, I think is impossible because I don't remember the original sites...
by the way: can you post a pic of the Sun Valley by the rear? thanks...
