    This penthouse is just ridiculous

I saw the listing for this place in the paper earlier today. The very top of a building which has a massive glass-bottomed swimming pool over the driveway enterance. Totally heinous.

    A bit of a dump, but I guess it's okay. :P

    "Only" costs 18.2

Ah, another excessive house from excessively rich people. I personally wouldn't mind being their neighbors if a gorgeous woman lives there (refer to picture 8-9).

Seriously, the price is way higher than it should be, even though it's a fantastic penthouse located in a fantastic city...

Well, we'll see if it sells. Someone recently offered 19.0 for a pre-sale penthouse at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and the sellers didn't accept!

    By any standards completely over-the-top.

For that much green, it needs more garage space. A lot more garage space.

I think that if you can afford 18 million$ penthouses you can afford a slight enlargement of the garage.

with all fairness it looks like a converted warehouse with lots and lots of windows. Not exactly high comfort marks. And if i were to pay alot for a penthouse id want to be a little out of the way from other people. A city home would be my luxury apartment. Thats my opinion

For $18.2 million, I could easily just go buy some land in the Caribbean and build a nice home.
