    which would you take

a honda civic type r or a ford focus rs?

    specs

    ford focus rs

    2.0 i4 turbocharged
    front engine FWD
    16 valve DOHC
    215 hp
    227ft/lb
    5 speed manual
    0-60mph 6.4
    0-100mph 15.5
    top speed 144mph

    honda civic type r

    2.0 i4 VTEC
    FWD
    4 valve per a cylinder
    200hp
    144ft/lb
    0-60mph 6.8
    top speed 146mph

in my opinion i would take the focus over the civic. WHY? because it has better handling, better acceleration. top gear tested both of them in a circuit and the focus beat the civic by 4 secs making it in 1 min 33sec while the civic made it in 1min 37sec. then jeremy clarkson tested the focus and said you can turn it at any corner at any speed and it turns. well i doubt that but maybe it turns at a higher speed then most cars.

Thats a realy hard choice, i love em both.
The Focus goes from 0-60 in 6.4 seconds, and the type-r 0-60 mph Acceleration is 6.80 s. So the Focus is the best performer but the type-r looks more like a racer. I would probably choose the Civic Type-R becuase u see so many focus's on the road these days the RS just doesnt stand out as much, thats the only reason.

This attatched Focus FR200 concept carries an amazing 300 horses! shame it will never come into production..

I choose the Civic. I like the looks better, it is Naturally Aspirated and has 6 speeds.

Thats actually a good point (6speed and NA). I still would probably go with the Focus because of the perfomance difference, or probably just the one that cost more so i could sell it and buy something i would like

I would take the civic since it is NA, SO if you take that same civic add a turbo with the same psi as the focus and the type r is better
