First one is just Gaara; most of the line-art done & colored. Second one is added photoshop effects, like the brushed sand and text. I couldnt think of a decent background; so i just faded it from deep red to 'sand'.

Shippuuden = them [naruto & other characters] as teenagers, simply put. Its not available except by torrent, in Japanese. At the moment, in that series, Gaara is dead.
