I work in Phoenix Arizona, it drove by my work on a main city street at about 4:30PM as i was unloading a trailor of concrete!

I see covered cars occasionally around here, but this is the first time i have seen a Covered porsche concept.

That's quite a sight, it's great if you really saw it. However, I think a picsorban apply here

It might have been going through hot weather testing.

I think the proportions of that car needs to be worked out. It's not that great looking at all. It'll probably perform great though.

Its proportions are quite similar to Bugatti EB112's - one of the cars I dream of...

arizona is definatly a good place to test new cars for extreme heat, yesterday we were around 110 degrees...how long does test cars stay in a region?...I put my Canon G7 in my car so i can catch it the next time i see it!

I think the car looks good in person, even with the crappy covering i like what i see in the car, pics dont do the car justice!

Arizona is definitely a great place to break cars, at least with the heat.

Do I look like a Porsche engineer to you?

Just remember to bring a camera with you next time you work.

I'm glad you now have your camera, but for the time being...

This thread is useless without pics.

But they will try to make it look like a 911, which will probably ruin the entire car.

I send a letter to the Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. this week applying for the function of assistant project manager for the Panamera (internship). It would be from september 2008, until 6 months after. That would be the minimum release date then, I guess then.

Looking at the job advertisements on the website, there is still a lot of work to do on the vehicle. They needed people on every department, engine, suspension and so on..

Let's hope they can make me a nice offer and I might finally be out of here.

not that i want to put you down, but panamera seems to be the most often spotted test mule of all times... there are hundreds of photos of it over the net
