    My nephew is getting to much protean into him with these protein shakes Off to the gym he goes with shakes and barrels of stuff god knows what He's a angry ant..

    So how is the weight lifting going whats your PB now?.

    Too much protein can stuff up his kidneys and hes better off eating wholefoods for his protein and only useing a few scoops with water or skim milk as a meal booster. And also certian suplliments are dubis in how much they help too but that can also depend ont he indivual.

    Well i can give you what im lifting ive only messed around with olympic lifts last year when i was still 75 kg and i manged to clean and jerk 80kg I was happy with it but the 48kg womens is 120 lol ive got alot more muscle now so with training i might (?!) do that farily quickly
    But
    Squat:140x4
    deadlift:180X4
    Bench:120x6
    Dips:12xwith 20kg plate
    Chin-ups:15 with 10kg plate <<cant do that one anymore im getting to fat

    Also make note i have no idea what my 1RMs (1 rep max) are I havent botherd to find out in a long time.

    You will be off to the Olympics soon your going great guns there.

    That's some pretty decant weights your lifting there, When i was 12 in high school i could lift 35kg in 1 arm that was my best

    Yeah an AIS scholarship (or similar) would go great guns

    Ill see what i can do i have a keen intrest in freestyle wrestling (but a hard time finding a stable place to train in it) weight lifting,boxing and pretty much anything else thats fun dunno about olympic level though
