I believe that most of the time someone crashes it's drivers error, in supercar territory it's speeding that does it, even if he had to swerve, and "hipothesing" had he been going at legal speeds, he could have swerved and missed the obstacle.
ofc, it goes the other way if it was a track accident. just another crash.
If it was on the road it's almost certain it was the drivers fault.

I dunno about you guys, but I don't find this crash all that significant. The human life (lives) that might have been lost is way more important than this car.

Apparently, there were no lives lost as a result of this crash, so that ultimately makes the factor of the car being destroyed a sad day.
