at least it explains our current fuel shortage, you surely could have used a bicycle there.....

Well, I was using less fuel than those in 20-mpg cars who drove 25 or 30 miles one way to work.

And those whom I drove home from work or drove to one of the bus stops would have a hard time fitting on my bicycle. Sometimes I did go for a bike ride during luch, though. I kept a mountain bike in the luggage compartment.

BTW, what "shortage" of fuel? There are plenty of oil reserves in Alaska, off the Florida and California coasts, and in the mid-west.

Rolls Royce. why? becuase Maybach is pointless and stupid and extremely overpriced.

Phantom hands down. The few times I've seen one in person I've spotted them from hundreds of metres away, the shape is distinctive and an instant icon. The two times I've seen a Maybach I've had to be within a car length or two before I noticed which is saying a lot because car spotting is mostly all that I do.
