I live in LA - they're all over the place. The stance is great, the side vents are cool, the spoiler looks great, but I just can't deal with that front. I've also driven one and its bonkers powerful.

Turns out my German uncle* (my grandads nephew) has a 911 turbo cab. I need to visit him again . Still for me the R8, because im a pawn to its desiability. I was reading an article recently how they expect it to hold value better than any 911.

Im no "my uncle has a supra with eleventybillion whp zoop!" This is my uncle

Right now the r8 has more votes then all the others counted together. didnt expect it to be this popular especially when both the porsches are quite a bit faster.

I also gave the German prices in US$, so the 206K is 206 KUS$. The "Euopean" problem is the cheap dollar which has to result in higher export prices in dollars to collect the same amount of income in Euros. (A certain person on this site gets his income in Dollars, and he is not happy at all about the exchange rate developments....)

    A 599 in US$: in Holland: 441K, in Germany 321 K....

you too? everyone raves about the turbo - i can't stand the LED tusks. waiting for an aftermarket company to give it more standard front air dams. ruined the GT2 for me too

bs but i guess like NSX said, gotta be a track day person to justify it...

i don't like the looks of the 997 turbo, the V8 vantage is way outgunned here, the audi R8 would be a good option but i just don't like it... it'd be the GT3RS for me, but trackdays would be a must.

    Vantage > R8 > GT3 RS > Turbo

Very close though, and maybe the GT3 RS is tied with the R8...

You see the problem is here the number of organized trackdays tends to zero...

How expected. Unless they are using VGTs, enjoy the massive turbo lag.

What is your reasoning for this rather decisive ordering?

Although all of these cars are excellent performers the GT3 RS takes the cake for me. An uncompromising race car for the street, this car would leave a huge grin plastered on my face every time I climbed into the driver's seat. Plus I'm young so my bum/back could take the extra roughness better.

Um, you do realize Audi won't be building a R8 with a V10, and that the new model is still a R8, right?

It's amazing how the GT3 RS beats much more powerful and expensive cars. Though of course it wouldn't be my 1st car if I had the money.
