Is the Reventon a 2007 model? All I found is that it was presented in late 2007, but was it actually on sale in 2007?
Yes, I want the GT3 RS to win, even if it has to be by calling cheat on the R8 and Reventon.

K, here's what I think we'll do. (Sorry about the R8, I wasn't thinking when I included it in the poll. The damn car was nominated like 50 times and made me forget that it was introduced in 2006)
Instead of making Car of the Year a UCP Award, we'll take it out of the ballot and just do it seperately. We can renominate all the cars again and then have a fixed voting.
Since we're changing sails on this boat, do you guys want to make awards for COTY under 50k, SuperCOTY, and race car of the year?
Obviously, for street cars we have to set a time limit. Otherwise people would nominate the McLaren F1 or something. When it comes to race cars, when taking into consideration the calendar year 2007, all cars racing this past year are essentially new cars, since they are being worked on, built/rebuilt, and redesigned for that particular race/season.
It may sound weird/confusing but in a nutshell, racecar eligibility should fall under all cars that competed in 2007. With these limitations, cars like the McLaren MP4-21 or Mitsubishi Evolution VII WRC couldn't count towards the vote. (Not counting historic racing car series)
I think we should have seperate road car categories like you said in your post Rockefella - supercars, under $50K, etc.
My vote goes to the CCXR
