    [POLL] Worst living leader?

Out of curiosity, who do you think is the worst contemporary or retired (or just no longer in office) but living leader?

I've tried to include all the notorious ones, spanning the political spectrum.

Please write why and/or discuss further if you like

edit: ps: i hope no one will take offense at any of the leaders, if they don't agree, I merely tried to fill the maximum options (15) we can let the survey results decide if offense is justified or unfounded. thank you.

    F. Castro has already stepped down, now in charge is R. Castro (and not as David Letterman suggested, "his idiot son Fidel W. Castro"...)

can we further list Islam Karimov of Uzbekistan and Nursultan Nazarbayev from Kazakhstan?

People voting for Castro really show how propaganda can shape people's opinions.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

I don't see why people would vote for Bush. Don't get my wrong I'm highly anti-Bush however there are far worse political leaders than him.

Well, so there are people who are more anti-Bush than you are. In terms of a separate country such leader as Bush doesn't make much sense, but in terms of a whole world I guess he is a disaster. All those Asian and Latin American leaders execute their policies within their countries and don't make another countries suffer from them, just as they don't put another countries into revolutions, wars and anti-religious moods.

Robert Mugabe. It's a close call, but he takes it in the end.

Top candidate for the annual "removal of testicals with blunt spoon" award, and about half of sub-Saharan Africa is waiting in line to hand over the award in person.

he's a KGB agent. all he and his government does nothing but stirs political situation in whole europe, still thinking russia is empire and all east europe is under his command. life without him would be much much easier for europe. basically, putin is a dictator with incorrigible ambitions. still he's better than rulers of africa

i don't remember which ruler of myanmar did that, but i remember there once been an action like he said that all the people living in cities are bad, so he cordonned the only existing city in the country - the capital - and then killed most of the people living there
